LIBRARY EQUIPMENT -- COPIERS, PRINTERS, POSTAGE METER

PHOTOCOPIER
A Ricoh Aficio 1232C photocopier is available in the library. Please inform a Library staff person if you experience difficulty with this equipment. This copier has color capability. Color copies are more expensive, so please make sure that the color setting is not activated if you are printing black and white pages. The copier also functions as a network printer. You can download the drivers for Mac OSX and Classic on the Share2 volume on Netrider. For PC drivers, ask the library staff for the disk. Transparencies for overhead projection can be made with this copier. Please use the IKON Color Laser Copier transparencies located next to the machine. A black and white Canon photocopier is located in Marianne Saro?s office on the second floor.

MICROFILM READER/PRINTER
The microfilm reader/printer is located midway between the two copy machines. It can also be adjusted to allow microfiche to be read and printed. Please ask if you need assistance. Library staff are available to assist in the installation of the fiche tray should you wish to print from microfiche. The list of journals available only on microfilm is available on the Rowland Library Journals List.

POSTAGE METER
A postage meter for Institute business mail is in Gina Barletta's office. ZIP code directories and information on domestic and international postage rates are kept near the meter. Please ask for assistance if you have any questions about mailings.
