BioMedCentral faces angry editors
According to a news story in the Scientist, many editors of BioMed Central journals are dissatisfied
with the publisher, irked particularly about increasing author page charges.

The Federal Research Public Access Act of 2006
This legislation, recently introduced in the Senate, would mandate that most funding agencies establish
online repositories and require their researchers to deposit papers in them within six months.
