A report examines citation patterns in four areas of research and
concludes that open access articles are more frequently cited.

Harvard Plans Major Engineering Expansion
A news article reports that Harvard’s DEAS may increase faculty by as
much as sixty per cent, and launch new initiatives in bioengineering
and the interface of biology and applied physics, math, and computer
science.
